In response to our customers expectations to ensure the food safety of our dairy products, Insulac implemented a food safety management system certified to ISO 22000 v2008 10 years ago.
Over the years, our customers growing global requirements and diligent focus on managing our food safety system, Insulac has decided to build a food safety system that has been recognized and approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). GFSI is a worldwide organization that provides continuous improvement of food safety management systems to ensure confidence in the delivery of safe food to consumers around the world.
In 2016, Insulac obtained the first GFSI approved certification, the FSSC 22000 and ISO / TS 22002-1 and in 2018 decided to move to an even more robust system based on more stringent requirements that would allow greater flexibility in meeting the requirements of our customers, IFS Food certification.
With this latest certification, Insulac has benefited from better management of its processes and is better positioned to systematically address the need for sustainable management of food safety.
