Ingredients:
Fresh pasta for large pizza
2 packages of Mozzarella Cheese Valformoso Grated (300 gr)
150 ml tomato sauce
4 Mushrooms
4 Cherry Tomatoes
Basil Leaves q.s.
Orégãos q.b.
Salt q.s.
Preparation:
Spread the dough on a tray and spread the tomato sauce. Sprinkle the base with 150g of grated Valformoso mozzarella cheese.
On this place the mushrooms and the cherry tomatoes in halves, 150g of Valformoso mozzarella cheese Grated and basil leaves to taste. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
Bake at 220°C for 10 min or until golden brown.
