Insulac is proud to announce that on October 29th, in Lisbon, at the 10th Contest Queijos de Portugal<\/a>, it won the award for best cheese in the category for “Barrar” with Queijo Valformoso Herbs and Garlic<\/a> and three honorable mentions in the categories, Cheese de Vaca \u2013 Normal Cure, Flamengo Cheese and Spread Cheese with Natural Valformoso Cheese<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A total of 208 cheeses references were submitted to the competition and 57 companies competed. The result of this challenge comes from a rigorous, objective and technical analysis carried out by 21 judges on 208 references of 100% Portuguese cheese.
